At PXN, we stand by the quality of our gaming peripherals and electronics. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your PXN account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Hardware
Securely place the product, along with all original cables, manuals, and accessories, into the original box to ensure protection during transit.
Ship to Service Center
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technical team verifies the condition of the hardware, we will process your refund or dispatch your replacement unit within 5-7 business days.
